Can you give me an exact price over the phone?
We can give you an estimate over the phone but to give you an exact price the truck supervisor needs to sight the actual rubbish that needs to be collected. No loading will be done without your authorisation)

What areas do you pick Rubbish up from?
We cover a large area of Auckland, have a look at our map to see if your suburb is covered. Click here for the Map »

Can you do the job for me if I am not on site?
Yes we can. If you are unable to be on site, our driver can confirm the price by phone before removing the rubbish.

What do you do with the rubbish?
We recycle goods or items where ever possible and take the rest to transfer stations.

Are you a licenced rubbish removal service?
Yes all of our trucks are fully licened and insured

What can you take away?
Almost anything that can fit in to our trucks other then hazardous materials.

What types of payment do you accept?
Cheque, cash or direct credit. Accounts can be set up for businesses, please call to discuss.

How quickly can you pick my rubbish up?
In most cases we can do a same day service depending on the locality of the trucks at the time of calling.

Do you have Skip Bins?
